Returns & Refund
At Cella Skincare, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order if:
​• You received a damaged or defective product
​• You received the wrong product
​• The product was expired upon delivery
​• The product seal was broken before delivery
​(note that we keep records of delivered item to cross reference returns)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
​• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
​• Products without original packaging
​• Products returned after 2 days
​• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Return

​2. Provide your order number and photos/videos showing the issue
​3. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
​4. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide drop-off instructions
4. Refund Process
​• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business ​days
​• Refunds will be made to your original payment method or as store credit (your choice)
​• Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 1-3 business days to reflect
5. Exchanges
If you received a wrong or defective product, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost. For exchanges due to change of mind (where the product is still sealed), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged Items on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos immediately and report to us within 24 hours. We recommend recording a video while unboxing your order as proof in case of any issues.
